A woman in Phoenix, Arizona hits her boyfriend with her car after discovering he was secretly HIV positive. Misty Lee Wilke was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, leaving the scene of an accident and attempted second-degree murder. The man suffered a fractured vertebrae and head trauma and will be up and riding his bike again soon.
